Our Vision is simple. MBNA is Protecting the Future of the Bay
We live our Vision through three Core Values:
  • Advocate for a beautiful waterfront enjoyed by both residents and visitors
  • Protect the wildlife and ensure its sustainability
  • Preserve the character of the Park, City, Marina  and Neighborhood Communities for generations to come

We support our Core Values through six key Meydenbauer Bay Park Implementation Principles:
  • Embrace and support phased Park development when approved by Bellevue City Council
  • Keep 100th Avenue Southeast open
  • Advocate resident approval for planned activity building on 99th Avenue
  • Protect existing residential views of the Bay and Park
  • Promote boating and maritime heritage by retaining or increasing number of leased/visitor slips
  • Maintain agreed-upon collaborative partnership with the City throughout Park implementation

We have summarized our point of view in our MBNA Position Statement.
