A second incident was reported in the same area when a resident found a stash of hypodermic needles in the shrubbery adjacent to the same garage. The resident saw signs that someone was “living” in the shrubbery.
The police were called in both cases. We have been advised by the police to report anything and everything, and document incidents with a police report, which is different than a mere call to 911. Reporting incidents like these gives our neighborhood additional police coverage and may prevent even more serious incidents in the future.
